This free tool allows the user to enter some simple details of a potential buy-to-let property such as price, interest rates and rent income along with their expectations of how these will behave over time. The application will then calculate the profit/loss from managing this as a BTL property.
No decisions should be made based on the output from this tool. It merely provides the user with indication of how well the property will perform under the scenarios entered.
Although an email address is required for logging in. This email address will not be sold or given to any third parties. It will not be used to send any emails other than password reminders requested by the user.
